This notice explains how Mastandi Property Solutions processes personal information for tenants, landlords, administrators, property listings, location-enabled search, and related rental workflows.
We process account details, contact information, role selection, listing content, location data, application activity, viewing requests, and media uploaded to the platform.
We use personal information to create and manage accounts, publish listings, support rental applications, verify landlord and tenant activity, operate viewing workflows, protect platform security, and meet legal or operational record-keeping obligations.
Landlords may submit address information and live device coordinates for listings. Tenants may optionally share live device location to search nearby listings. Property images uploaded by landlords are stored and served as part of listing management.
Platform data may be processed by service providers used to host the application, authenticate users, store files, and support system operations. Personal information is only shared where required for those services or where the law permits or requires it.
Data subjects may request access, correction, or deletion where legally applicable, object to certain processing, and withdraw optional consent-based processing. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
For now, privacy and POPIA requests should be handled by the platform administrator. Add your designated Information Officer and support contact details here before public rollout.
